Most of us, at some time or other in our careers, feel the need to talk to somebody who can offer impartial guidance and a sympathetic ear. This is when a mentor - an informed, objective and supportive person who is outside your immediate workplace - can help identify and achieve career goals.   The mentee needs to have an idea of what she is hoping to achieve, whether it is promotion, a career move or a particular target in the workplace.  Her objectives will guide the mentoring partnership.

WiP has been offering its members a training programme for both mentors and mentees over the past 10 years. During this time we have trained over 550 members and have an active talent pool with over 300 mentors/mentees in the UK.

Our mentoring sessions are led by Sandi Rhys Jones OBE and a member of The Professional Mentor Academy.  Download the Women in Property mentoring application form here.
