Women in Property was formed in 1987 when two professional women working in the property sector agreed that something needed to be done to improve networking and support for the industry’s women. Nearly 37 years on we know there is still a role for the organisation, as we continue to promote diversity and inclusion across the industry.
While networking and personal development remain a fundamental focus, we also champion girls and young women considering a career in property, those seeking support throughout their careers and those wishing to elevate their career path into the Board room and beyond. Women in Property is unique because our members represent all disciplines, across the built environment.

Our current fees and terms of membership can be found here. Applications for membership can be made via the website – apply here - with the option to pay by card (a VAT receipt will follow) or to request to pay on invoice (a digital invoice containing payment information will be issued).
