Join Women in Property (WiP) and You and Everyone in Property (YEP) for a tour of Kingfisher Court, Stoke Gifford.
The development has been delivered by Canada Life Asset Management in partnership with the University of the West of England.
Kingfisher Court will open in September 2026 and will provide 330 student rooms.
The scheme is highly sustainable, targeting EPC A, WiredScore Platinum and BREEAM ‘Excellent’ as a minimum, and aspiring to be net zero carbon in operation.
The event will feature presentations from the project team, including JLL Project Managers Paul Smith and Martin Hill, followed by a guided tour of the development.
