Rise & Recharge: Yoga - Swindon

Join us for a relaxing and revitalising yoga session at Saku Hot Yoga, designed to help you unwind, recharge, and connect with fellow professionals in a welcoming environment.

This session will focus on traditional yoga practice, suitable for all experience levels, from complete beginners to those with regular yoga experience. Led by Beard’s own qualified and experienced yoga instructor, the class will guide participants through a series of movements and stretches aimed at improving flexibility, balance, and overall wellbeing.

Taking time to prioritise health and wellbeing is more important than ever, and this event offers the perfect opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life and enjoy an hour dedicated to mindfulness and movement. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve mobility, or simply try something new, this session provides a supportive and enjoyable setting to do so.

Following the class, attendees are warmly invited to join us at Starbucks around the corner (SN2 2DJ) for refreshments (hot drink included in event fee) and informal networking. This is a great opportunity to continue conversations, build new connections, and enjoy a relaxed social gathering after the session.

Members and non-members are welcome to attend. Sponsored by Beard Construction.

Note: Shower facilities are available to use after the session. All mats and equipment will be available from the venue but please feel free to bring your own.
