Energy, Focus and Resilience - It’s not Mindset, it’s Biology!

This 90-minute workshop is designed for US! As professional women, we want to perform at our best at work without compromising our health. Whether you’re navigating a demanding career, managing competing priorities, or simply looking to feel more in control of your energy, this session will give you practical strategies you can actually use.

We’ll explore the key drivers of female performance: hormones, metabolism and the nervous system, and how they impact everything from concentration and mood to stress resilience and sustained energy. You’ll gain a clearer understanding of what’s happening in your body (especially through your 30s, 40s and 50s), and how to work with it rather than against it.

We’ll also look at how to use tools like wearable technology and AI in a way that supports (not overwhelms) your decision-making.

The aim is to support you to leave with:

• A better understanding of your energy patterns and what influences them
• Simple, effective strategies to improve focus, resilience and recovery
• Practical tools you can integrate into your working day immediately

This is not about doing more, it’s about finding out what works for you. So, join us to learn how small, informed changes can help you feel sharper, steadier and more in control, at work and beyond.

Like always, there will be the opportunity to network before and after the workshop and a selection of drinks will be available.
