Join us for a relaxed 5km run starting from outside Pall Mall on Pollen Square, just off King Street. The route is suitable for all abilities, with a steady, inclusive pace that welcomes all, and will take you past some of Manchester’s historic waterways.

This is an informal, social run designed to get moving and connect with others in a low-key setting. There’s no timing or competition just a chance to take a break from the office with a lunch time workout, followed by optional networking and a drink. The event is kindly sponsored by FEC.
