There is a need for spaces beyond traditional networking to foster deeper connections. Women often face the challenge of balancing authenticity with professional expectations, and this initiative aims to provide a sense of belonging, strength, and genuine support.

A small circle of 12 members providing a platform for professional women to share experiences and support each other. This group complements traditional networking by offering intimate, reflective spaces for meaningful conversation and peer-to-peer learning. It’s a relaxed and friendly group, with no pressure placed on anyone.

9:00 AM – Arrival & Breakfast

Guests arrive and enjoy a relaxed breakfast with informal conversation.

9:30 AM – 11:00 AM – Introductions & Discussion Sessions

A welcoming circle to introduce ourselves and open up space for organic conversation. Topics will flow naturally, touching on:

• Self-talk and inner narratives
• Resilience and navigating challenges
• The tendency to play small and how we reclaim our space
• Hormonal impacts on performance and well-being
• The power of purpose in helping us stand tall
