Cyan Lines 3 Tour: Jewels in the Manchester crown

Duration: 2 / 2.5 hours

Following the popularity of the walk at the People Innovation Place Summit, we will join Jonathan Schofield for this walking tour of Cyan Lines route 3 – Jewels in the Manchester crown as a branch.

Starting at the Emmeline Pankhurst statue in St Peter’s Square, this tour takes in several of Manchester’s most spectacular and exciting buildings such as the Kimpton Clock Tower Hotel and the University of Manchester. There are other fabulous buildings en route which we will enter. The tour will also reveal the big stories of scientists, radicals and musicians. There are tales of world changing moments on a route which has given the world twenty-five Nobel laureates. We will finish close to Oxford Road Station. 

Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
