We are on the cusp of big changes in our industry. How do we make sure progress is made in the right direction, so that it becomes more straightforward to deliver quality homes quickly? With a wider question of, “How will these issues effect the housing industry?”
Please join us for our Housing Summit fringe event. This event brings together a panel to discuss these possibilities and the opportunities presented by integrating AI. The panel will be made up of those who are making active use of AI in their everyday work practice; who have a clear vision for how widespread adoption could be realised and the benefits/negatives of navigating this for the future of the industry.
We’ll be encouraging audience input through Slido and a Q&A section to find out what people really think. Are we already engaging with AI? Are people reluctant to adopt it? What problems do they foresee? What would they like AI to do for them?
Panellists:
Pamela Chesterman, Irwin Mitchell - Chair (WIP Liverpool)
Emma Richman - Altair (WIP NW)
Deborah Baker Barnett, Q&A Planning
Katie Rudin, Housing and Innovation Director at Akerlof (Advisory Board Member at Industrialising and Digitising Construction Challenge)
Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
Registration Deadline: 04 September 2026
