Our first Women in Property netwalking collaboration event of 2025 is an early morning sunrise hike at Tegg's Nose Country Park in Cheshire. Intended to make our events accessible for busy property professionals, our early start means you'll be back at the cafe for mid-morning with the majority of the working day still ahead of you.

Explore Tegg’s Nose Country Park and experience Cheshire’s wild hill country where the landscape is dominated by rock and steep sided valleys.

This short but punchy route begins at the lofty Tegg’s Nose Country Park which abruptly marks the end of the Cheshire Plain, with rolling farmland replaced by its wild moorland landscape, steep, craggy hills and dense woodland. We drop down from Tegg’s Nose through woodland and pass Teggsnose reservoir before circling back to where we started.

07:45 - Walk starts
08:05 - Sunrise
10:30 - Walk finishes, The Nose Coffee - Feel free to join fellow walkers for coffee and snacks at The Nose Coffee (self-funded). Dog friendly.

Parking: Please park at Tegg’s Nose Country Park.

Public transport: Please take the 07:03 train from Manchester Piccadilly, calling at Stockport 07:13 and arriving at Macclesfield 07:25. You will then need a short 8mins taxi transfer or a lift to the start of the walk. We can help co-ordinate sharing with other walkers if you let us know your transport plans in advance.
