Join us for the second session of the Neurodiversity series, a Neurodiversity in the Workplace Awareness Training course focusing on providing employers and colleagues with the knowledge and tools to understand, support and empower individuals with Neurodiverse conditions in the workplace and within their roles.

By completing this course, delegates will gain the skills to:

  • Understanding Neurodiversity – Explore how conditions like Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia impact daily life, communication, and work environments.
  • Neurodiversity & Gender – Discuss historical biases, increasing recognition in women, and evolving assessments.
  • Legal Protections – Learn about key legislation, including the Equality Act 2010 and Autism Act 2009.
  • Workplace Support – Discover available schemes like Access to Work and practical tools for managers and colleagues.
  • Reasonable Adjustments – Identify ways to create inclusive, adaptable workplaces for neurodiverse employees.
