Join us for the first session of the Neurodiversity Series, an interactive workshop led by Parul Singh, founder of Parallel Minds Neurodiversity Consultancy.

We will explore key themes within Neurodiversity such as terminology, common conditions and traits and the concept of spiky profiles. You'll learn how the Neurodiversity paradigm has evolved as a part of the EDI movement, particularly with the rapid increase of diagnoses and how to recognise and challenge our own stereotypes and biases. We will focus on reframing neurodivergence from a deficit to a difference, whilst understanding the implications of using the "superpower" narrative.

The workshop will utilise research-based information and interactive activities to build your awareness of neurodiversity not only in the workplace, but in the wider world.

Nibbles and refreshments will be served.

Members and Non-Members of all genders are welcome to attend.

Registration Deadline: 23 January 2025
