Join us for a tour of the Grade 2* Listed Wythenshawe Hall to hear about its transformation following a devastating fire.
Wythenshawe Hall is a manor house dating from the early 16th century. In March 2016, the hall was victim to a fire which tore through the building’s medieval core, causing significant damage to the Main Hall, roof, and bell tower.
The project to restore the Hall to its former glory will be introduced to our group over a light breakfast in the Great Hall. The tour will be conducted by both the conservation architects who worked on the restoration Neal Charlton and Edward Kepczyk from Buttress, and Structural Engineer and President of the Institution of Structural Engineers, Jane Entwistle from Thomasons.
Registration Deadline: Monday 27 June 2022*
*please advise of any dietary requirements when booking
