Members of Women in Property North West attended a site tour at the Co-Op Live Arena hosted by Co-Op Live, BAM Construction and SES Engineering Services Ltd.

Members heard how the build of this £350M private investment is progressing along with the plans for noise management, green spaces, sustainable transport plans and how it is supporting Manchester City Council to be net zero carbon by 2038.

The Co Op Live Arena aims to double the number of events by hosting 120 major live events from music acts, sporting tournaments, awards and family shows.
