Becoming a WiP Mentor

Anyone can be a mentor; we all have valuable experience which can be of use to another Women in Property member.  Our mentoring programme relies on volunteer mentors, so we ask our members to please consider putting yourself forward.

Becoming a Mentor works both ways.  Not only are you ‘giving back’, you are also learning a great deal from the mentee. It is an extremely rewarding experience.

The mentoring programme is open to members only.  In order to participate in the scheme, members must attend a training session before they can be matched with a suitable mentee.
