Building Balance is A Comprehensive Survey on Wellbeing, Careers and the effect of childcare in the industry, to identify the reality of the affordability and availability of childcare.

Using the findings we will firstly, raise the awareness and significance of the issues and the impact this is having on businesses in the industry. Secondly, we want to make improvements for all, not only supporting those returning to work or those with families.
