Work Placements

We are extremely grateful to those businesses who offer our students work placements, either for a few weeks in the summer, or for a whole year out, before they complete the final year of their degree.  However, not all the nominated students secure placements so we are keen to encourage our members and supporters to come forward with work opportunities.

Feedback both from businesses and students is always extremely positive.  The students gain valuable ‘real world’ experience, allowing them to explore and develop the skills they are learning at University, as well as enjoying the interaction with colleagues.  And employers benefit from an injection of new ideas and fresh thinking into their teams, as well as the chance to get to know a potential new future employee, upon graduation.
