Women in Property is delighted to invite you to our Inclusion Training Series (6 sessions) with our first 2024 training session – Inclusive Leadership.
This interactive Inclusive Leadership workshop will provide an opportunity for you to build on your knowledge of inclusion and diversity, think about the power of inclusive language, reflect on your leadership shadow, and create space for you to consider how as a leader you can really drive the inclusion conversion within your workplace. The session will:
- Introduce the behaviours of an inclusive leader and the Inclusive Employers model of inclusive leadership.
- Create space for you to reflect on your leadership style and your leadership shadow.
- Show how leaders at every level can role model inclusion every day and contribute to a truly inclusive workplace.
Members and Non-Members of all genders are welcome to attend.
This event is CPD accredited – 1 hour
