Postponed - Sheffield Construction and Property Summer Soiree 2026 - individual Tickets

This event has been postponed and will now be held on 17th September.

The Summer Soirée is a prestigious and well-established fixture within the regional property and construction calendar. Join us for a wonderful evening of fun food and networking.

The evening will commence with a welcome drinks reception, followed by a three-course dinner. A raffle will take place during the evening, alongside a series of short speeches, including addresses from St Luke’s Sheffield Hospice and the event sponsors, offering insight into their respective work and involvement. Entertainment will be provided by a DJ, with dancing continuing until midnight.

Dress Code: Black Tie

All proceeds from the event will be donated to St Luke’s Sheffield Hospice, supporting its provision of specialist palliative care services and research developments to individuals and families within the local community.

The event is open to professionals working across the property and construction sectors. Advance booking is required, and early reservation is strongly recommended due to limited capacity.

Menu Details (all dietary requirements given at the time of booking will be catered for)

Starter - Seasonal Plates - two seasonal sharing plates served with house-made bread, chosen by chef to perfectly match your chosen main course, using the absolute best of the season. 

Main - Spit-roast chicken with Pancetta, Severn mushrooms & Sherry sauce

Boulanger potatoes, sliced potatoes baked in chicken stock, with sweet onions & white wine.

2 seasonal sides such as roast hispi cabbage or fricassee of fresh beans & peas

For vegetarian guests: A seasonal pie or pudding such as shitake, leek & tarragon

Pudding – Basque cheesecake with seasonal berries/fruit
