Pilgrim’s Quarter Site Visit

Join Women in Property Yorkshire North East for a CPD accredited site visit to Pilgrim’s Quarter, HMRC’s new regional hub in Newcastle.

At 42,000sqm, Pilgrim's Quarter is HMRC's largest regional hub to date, relocating staff to a prime city centre location. The design comprises a 6 storey entrance atrium, café, business events centre and 8 storeys of open plan office space with supporting meeting rooms, breakout areas, refreshment facilities and specialist requirement rooms.

Bowmer & Kirkland are delivering the Cat B works, with concept design by GT3 Architects and technical design and delivery by Ryder Architecture. The building is due for hand over in January 2027. This site visit follows on from an earlier site visit during construction in January 2024.

As this event is taking place on site, it is not fully accessible – please advise of any accessibility requirements upon booking.

The site visit will meet outside the main entrance on New Bridge Street West.
