Join Women in Property for a guided ritualistic sauna experience rooted in the traditional Danish sauna practice. Gus is the home of Urban Wellness in the Heart of the City. The state-of the-art Finnish grade sauna’s are designed for deep muscle relation and comprehensive physical recovery while the cold plunge pools promote mental and physical resilience.

Our session will be led by a Sauna Master who manages the sauna environment. It involves multiple rounds of sauna sessions combining heat, sound and aroma. Attendees will be guided between the hot sauna’s and cold plunges to ensure maximum benefits. There are four temperature-controlled plunge pools to allow for varying degrees of cold.

Our guests will experience:

• 4pm – Welcome from the event host in the café area
• 4:15pm – Begin our 75 minute guided spa session
• 6pm – Networking in the café area

This is a female only session for members and non-members.
