Visible Women’s Networking Lunch with Leah Stuart, Civic Engineers

Join us for our Visible Women’s networking lunch with guest speaker Leah Stuart, Chartered Engineer and Director of Civic Engineers, who will share her story about her early influences, challenges and career development. She is a volunteer mentor to built-environment undergraduates and a Director of Huddersfield Unlimited.

Specialising in transport planning, movement strategies and street design, she has more than 20 years' experience in urban regeneration. Leah has a keen interest in the public realm and the benefits that good quality infrastructure can bring to places. She has worked on Leeds Innovation Arc, Climate Innovation District and Bradford Design Code in a career spanning a wide range of projects; from office and residential developments to large mixed-use masterplans and entire urban areas.

A buffet-style lunch of meat and cheese platters with bread and salads will be provided.  Vegan/vegetarian options are available.  Please confirm dietary requirements upon booking. Please note there is stepped access to the private room at Friends of Ham. Contact the organiser if you have mobility requirements.

Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
