Join Women in Property for an introduction and overview of the Pilgrim Street masterplan, followed by a tour of HMRC’s new regional headquarters, Pilgrim’s Quarter.
The scheme provides 43,000sqm net internal area of office for HMRC Newcastle. The works include the facade retention of the Grade 2 listed Carliol House. The building footprint covers the northern block of Pilgrim Street, with its massing stepping between six and nine storeys.
The development is supported by substantial city centre public realm and infrastructure improvements to pedestrianise New Bridge Street West and Pilgrim Street, developed in conjunction with Newcastle City Council.
PPE will be required for the site tour, but site boots are not allowed in Bank House so please bring kit to change into. Limited PPE will be available on site, if you do not have your own, please contact sconnor@ryderarchitecture.com prior to the event to arrange PPE.
