Jodie Hill is Founder and Managing Partner at award-winning Thrive Law, a law firm that delivers HR and employment law support to employers and employees. A focus on ED&I, mental health and wellbeing underpins its mission to ensure everyone can thrive in the workplace.
Jodie will share her story about her early influences and career aspirations, her “mental breakthrough”, having ADHD and why she set up a law firm aged 29.
She is a vocal campaigner for better mental health in the workplace, working smarter, and embracing equality and inclusion, including helping to retain women in a male-dominated profession. Jodie’s vision and ambition have been recognised regionally and nationally by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, The Law Society, ACAS and more.
The event will be held and Friends of Ham in Leeds and a buffet-style lunch of meat and cheese platters is included in event fee. Vegan/vegetarian options are available.
Members and non members of all gender are welcome.
