Join the Yorkshire and North East branch of Women in Property for a tour of the ilke Homes factory in Flaxby, from where ilke Homes produce modular housing.
ilke Homes launched their Flaxby manufacturing facility in November 2018. ilke Homes delivered the first volumetric housing system to gain NHBC Accepts and BOPAS 100 year durability and maintenance assessment. Their deal with Homes England was the first government backed investment directly to a modular housing factory.
