Restoration Tour at Wentworth Woodhouse

Join us at the historic Wentworth Woodhouse, for a tour around the Grade I listed property and gardens. Built in 1724, the house is the largest family home in the UK, but in the last century the property was subject to open cast mining, which threatened the structural integrity of the house.

Acquired by the Wentworth Woodhouse Preservation Trust in 2017, there is now a detailed programme of restoration taking place across the estate.

This is a splendid opportunity to join fellow property and construction colleagues for a tour around the extensive grounds and restoration sites, followed by refreshments in the Low Drawing Room.
