Thames Valley Women in Property invites you to start your day with energy at our exclusive Reformer Pilates sessions.

Join us for an introductory class at either 8:00am or 9:00am, ideal for those completely new to Reformer Pilates or anyone looking to get involved again. It’s a great opportunity to experience a low-impact, strength-building workout in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Delivered by Flex, a leading private physiotherapy provider in Oxfordshire, each session is professionally guided to ensure you get the most out of your experience.

Each class will run for one hour, so please bring water and wear suitable clothing to ensure you’re comfortable throughout.

With only 8 beds available per class, spaces are extremely limited and will book up quickly. Early registration is strongly recommended.

Parking is available opposite Signal Yard in the main car park.

Members and non-members welcome however this event is for women only.
