Sweatworking Series - Sip & Spin for IWD

All event fees are listed net of VAT.

Meet us at Workout Harbourside for 45 minutes of spinning to great music (i.e. Ne-Yo, Ariana Grande, Bruno Mars) coached by Beth Warren from Hartnell Taylor Cook. Post ‘sweat’ or the ‘work’ - we are only a few steps away from nibbles and mocktails at Harbour House.

Workout Harbourside have showering and changing facilities (and a sauna!) which attendees are welcome to use before spin and after networking.

This event is part of our International Women’s Day week of events. Whilst many of our Sweatworking events are open to all genders, given the demand for this event is high, it is reserved for women only but open to members and non-members. All attendees will be required to complete a PAR-Q prior to the event.

Accessibility information: The training can be adapted if you have any injuries or requirements – just let us know in advance. If you would prefer to skip the spin class, you're welcome to us for the drinks, nibbles and networking.
