Sweatworking Series: Padel Coaching

Join Women in Property at Padel Shift in Cheltenham for Padel games and ‘sweatworking’ suitable for all abilities and levels of Padel experience!

This dedicated coaching session will be 90 minutes of games and Padel tips - we will be paired up and instructed by Padel Shift's coaches.

There will be plenty of opportunity to 'sweatwork' with other attendees during the evening over healthy nibbles and non-alcoholic cocktails kindly provided by sponsors Inuti Interiors and Mc:oughlin Planning.

Please be aware that Padel Shift do not currently have any showering or changing facilities near the courts so you will need to arrive in suitable clothing; this might affect your timings when planning your journey from work.

The training is personalised so if you have any injuries or requirements, please let us know in advance. If you would prefer to skip the coaching and padel, you're very welcome to join us for the nibbles and networking.

Please bring non-marking trainers and wear comfortable workout kit for playing Padel. Equipment will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own bats if you have them.

The venue has free parking on site and water taps to top up drinks bottles.

Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
