Spotlight On: Avon Street, Bristol

Women in Property is pleased to invite you to a site visit of Avon Street, a purpose-built student accommodation project currently under construction opposite the new University of Bristol Temple Quarter Campus.

Developed through a joint venture between leading PBSA specialist Host and Corebridge Real Estate Investors, the project is due for completion in June 2026 and will deliver 447 purpose-built student bedrooms across two buildings. The design reflects the area’s vibrant industrial heritage while creating a welcoming, contemporary environment for students.

Guests will be welcomed with tea, coffee and pastries, followed by a short presentation delivered by GMI Construction, the contractor leading the project, and Chapman Taylor, the architects for the scheme. The visit will conclude with a guided tour of the site.

3-point PPE (helmet, high vis vest and safety boots) is required for this event. Ideally all PPE to be bought by attendees however helmet and hi-vis can be provided by site if required. Personal safety boots must be brought by attendees.

Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
