Iesis Consult are currently providing QS, PM and EA services for the ongoing conversion of 360 Bristol into state-of-the-art student accommodation, delivering 399 bed spaces in the heart of the city. As part of this live project, Iesis has successfully led the scheme through the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) process, demonstrating deep expertise in Gateway 2 - from documentation scrutiny and response protocols to managing the risks of rejection.
