• Live Cooking with Gaggenau Home Economist, Kirsty Thomas – Kirsty will prepare a selection of delicious canapés and demonstrate how to create exquisite dishes using Gaggenau appliances. Guests will have the chance to watch her at work, ask questions, and gain expert insights into professional cooking techniques.
• The Art of Cocktail Making with Lottie Taylor from Always Sunday Bar, Bath – Discover how to craft the perfect cocktail from scratch. Lottie will guide guests through creating infused sugar syrups, dehydrating fruit garnishes, and building cocktail bases, adding the final flourish for that ‘ta-da’ moment. Expect plenty of flavours to taste, textures to explore, and expert tips to take home.
