South West Regional Student Awards Celebration 2024

Join Women in Property South West for the 18^th National Student Awards, promoting excellence amongst female students from Built Environment disciplines. 

Based on their achievements in their second year of University, 10 female students from across the South West studying a range of built environment disciplines, have been nominated by their Universities and gone before a judging panel. Join us and meet these wonderful women in what will be a fantastic opportunity for employers in the property sector to meet some of the most talented students in the region.

As part of the event, you will be hearing from 3 wonderful and inspirational guest speakers.

Faith Dulson will be speaking about her career journey since taking part in the student awards in 2015 and what she gained from her experience.

We will also be hearing from George and Bex of the Fire Angels, who are both firefighters with the South Wales Fire and Rescue Services, and Mid & West Wales Fire Services respectively. We will hear all about how they successfully pioneered a new ski route across the South Pole - an impressive total of 1230km in 52 days! George and Bex lead by example and aspire to be positive female role models to future generations so it will be a fantastic opportunity to hear about their experiences - there will also be a Q&A session afterwards so get your questions ready!
