Join the Women in Property South West Branch for an evening seminar, hosted at Buro Happold’s office in Bath.
The seminar will give an overview IKIGAI a Japanese concept about "reason for being.” IKIGAI has the power to propel your career forwards through understanding what’s not aligned, or to help you land softly when you realise you’re on the wrong career path altogether and need to bail out.
Anna Sabine is a communications and public engagement specialist with a particular interest in supporting women in the built environment as well as the wider business arena. Anna is the owner of her own comms consultancy, Miller Fraser, as well as Bath co-working cafe Cassia.
Pepper Barney is co-founder and managing director of BiBO with a background in regeneration and architecture. As a business leader she has been developing modes of placemaking practice that promote greater diversity in the property industry, while synthesizing her experience with the delivery of projects to support the making of a more inclusive built environment.
Anna and Pepper are both directors of The Female Edge, a network of female business owners.
Refreshments provided on arrival, with the opportunity to network with like-minded Built Environment professionals after the presentation.
Members and non-members of all genders are welcome.
