The SuDS Experience - Breakfast Seminar - Bristol

Join the Women in Property South West branch for a breakfast seminar, hosted by The Urbanists.

The seminar will give an overview of SuDS (Sustainable Drainage Systems) and its impact over the last 4 years since being mandatory in Wales and how it is going to apply in England from 2024. The overview will include:  

• How the requirement for sustainable urban drainage has impacted on our development projects
• Lessons learned as urban designers, landscape architects and planning consultants advising clients on development projects
• Key considerations for development projects to maximise the advantages and reduce risks
• Summary and Q&A session

The SuDS breakfast seminar will be presented by Mark Farrar, Lauren Phillips and Dan Smith of The Urbanists from the perspective of Planning, Urban Design and Landscape Architecture and its impact on the Built Environment.

Breakfast pastries and refreshments provided on arrival, with the opportunity to network with like-minded Built Environment professionals after the presentation.

Members and non-members of all genders are welcome.
