Site Visit: Welcome Building, Temple Quarter

The Welcome Building is a major new 292,000 sqft workplace development in Bristol’s Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone, it will provide the largest office floor plate in Bristol.

The Welcome Building is an exemplary quality, sustainable, multi-occupier building, designed to provide the highest quality working environment in Bristol. The building has achieved BREEAM Outstanding design stage certification and is also targeting WELL Platinum certification. The scheme enhances the local area and creates amenity spaces for occupiers and the wider community.

The proposals include increased human scale landscaping and a tangible public art strategy.

The building is mid-way through construction therefore PPE is required. Limited PPE will be available however it is strongly recommended that you bring your own PPE (hard hat, site shoes and high-vis jacket).

There will be an opportunity to network and ask questions of the team after the tour.
