Quayside Site Study - Bristol

Legal & General Investment management (LGIM) purchased Quayside in 2019 and are undertaking major refurbishment in several phases.

North Quay House is currently on site. Works include a four-storey extension, creating a double-height reception and increasing floor space. It will also involve the refurbishment of all existing internal areas, refurbishment of the external brick façade, new curtain walling and windows, and replacement of all mechanical and electrical services.

Adjacent DAS House has recently been submitted to planning.

The project team is focusing on minimising embodied and operational carbon. The project is aiming for BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ and undertaking NABERS accreditation.

Join the project team for a presentation on DAS House, and site tour of North Quay House from the Contractor isg. This will be followed by food and drinks at nearby Bocabar, kindly provided by Hollis.
