Migrateful Sri Lankan Cookery Class

As part of our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion, Women in Property South West are hosting their second event with their charity partner for 2023, Migrateful. This is a unique premium cookery class experience for foodies and cooking enthusiasts, where the Migrateful chef will teach you their traditional and hard-to-find recipes and techniques. This is a collaborative cookery class, so you will have opportunity to network with industry peers while preparing the dishes and enjoying dinner. 

Migrateful is a charity on a mission to help refugees and vulnerable migrants on their journey to employment and independence. Due to legal, linguistic, and social barriers, finding work can be extremely difficult for many migrants. Migrateful's purpose is to empower and celebrate refugees and vulnerable migrants on their journey to integration by supporting them in running their cookery classes. 

This class, held at Cooking It in Bristol, and will be run by Kule from Sri Lanka, who will teach us how to cook their favourite dishes in an intimate and friendly setting.

To ensure that all attendees have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, please let us know if you have any dietary or access requirements - don't hesitate to contact the event host with any specific needs, and we will endeavour to accommodate them. Vegan and vegetarian options will be available. Free parking is available on the main road, outside the venue after 5pm. 

 Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
