Elaine is a mathematician talking interiors; her unconventional journey from trainee actuary to celebrated home staging guru is inspirational.

Elaine is a sailor talking resilience; her early career coaching sailing in all weathers, all over the world, ensured Elaine developed an enviable practical and emotional resilience. Sailing, like property, tends to be a male-dominated environment.

Elaine details, with humor and many personal insights, strategies to navigate the difficult challenges, and make the most of the huge opportunities, that this environment can present. Having taken her sports coaching career into business and coached senior leaders in corporate and public sector organisation’s, most notably police forces, Elaine confidently outlines neuro-linguistic programming and emotional intelligence techniques to address the barriers posed by imposter syndrome. i.e. engages her audience, using stories ranging from deeply emotional to downright insightful and even at times a little silly, to explain how to get a great offer for a home sale in super quick time.
