International Women's Day Boxercise and Coffee Tasting

Join us in marking International Women's Day for one of our first in-person events of 2022.

Meet us at Empire Fighting Chance boxing gym for a one-hour boxercise class where we will be paired up and coached by some of EFC's fantastic female coaches. Purple workout-wear is encouraged, in the spirit of International Women's Day! 

We will then head across the road to Extract Coffee Roasters where we will not only have a chance to hear from some of the Empire coaches on the incredible outreach work that Empire do in the local community, but we will also be treated to a coffee tasting from Extract. All while enjoying pastries from Bristol institution, Harts Bakery!

There will be plenty of opportunity to network (or 'sweatwork', while at Empire!) with other attendees during the morning. Showers will be available at Empire after the class if required.
