Women in Property South Wales is pleased to invite members and non members to a site visit to the new Plasyfelin Primary School development in Caerphilly. This is a great opportunity to see the progress of an important education project and hear from the team involved in its delivery.

The new Plasyfelin Primary School is a £23 million development being delivered by BAM Construction Ltd and Caerphilly County Borough Council as part of the Welsh Government’s Sustainable Communities for Learning Programme.

The new school will provide modern teaching facilities for up to 420 pupils, enhanced nursery provision and new community sports facilities. It will also be the Council’s first net zero carbon school.

During the visit, attendees will hear from the project team and tour the site to learn more about the planning, design and construction of the scheme, as well as the challenges of building on a live school site.

The event will also provide an opportunity to network with others across the property and construction industry.

Full 5 point PPE is required for this event.

Members and non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
