September Flow & Fuel at Fitz & Knox

Start your day the right way with movement, coffee and great company.

Join Women in Property for a relaxed morning of yoga and networking at the beautiful Fitz & Knox Cardiff. We'll kick things off with an energising 8:00am Vinyasa Flow class led by Justine McGartland, who teaches yoga full time around the Cardiff, Vale and RCT areas. Whether you're a regular yogi or giving it a go for the first time, everyone is welcome.

Afterwards, enjoy coffee, pastries and the chance to catch up with fellow Women in Property members in a stunning setting.

Our hosts, Fitz & Knox Cardiff, offer luxury co-living studios and one-bedroom apartments in the heart of the city, with beautifully designed spaces, a fully equipped gym, cinema room, co-working areas and stylish communal spaces.

No need to rush off afterwards either – attendees are welcome to use Fitz & Knox's shower facilities and co-working space for the rest of the day, making it easy to head straight into work.
