Join us for an exclusive visit to the Glan Llyn development in Newport, one of Wales' largest regeneration projects.. 

Built on the former Llanwern Steelworks site, Glan Llyn is transforming 250 hectares of brownfield land into a vibrant new community comprising more than 4,000 homes, commercial space, community facilities and extensive open space. Since 2020, Rodgers Leask Environmental has played a key role in supporting the development, helping to deliver the environmental, earthworks and infrastructure solutions that have enabled the site’s ongoing transformation.

Attendees will gain insight into the scale and complexity of the site's remediation, environmental management, infrastructure delivery and ongoing development, whilst hearing directly from project team involved in its delivery.

The event will include a project overview presentation, a guided tour of key development areas and the opportunity to hear directly from those involved in the project's delivery, before concluding with a light networking lunch.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain insight into the challenges and opportunities of delivering a major brownfield regeneration scheme, whilst networking with fellow professionals from across the industry.
