Located in the heart of Newport, Whiteheads Primary school will offer an exceptional educational experience for 686 pupils. Newport Council's aspirations are for all new schools to achieve Net Zero Carbon, by demonstrating zero carbon in operation and measure embodied carbon to a set target.
