Lunch in the City: Affordable Housing – Constraints, Challenges and Opportunities

Women in Property South Wales would like to invite you to our Autumn ‘Lunch in the City’ panel event at The Classroom: 'Affordable Housing – the constraints, challenges and opportunities'.

Event fee includes a welcome drink (sponsored by Blake Morgan LLP) and a 2-course lunch (main and dessert) at The Classroom. This will be followed by a panel discussion and Q&A with five industry professionals working in the Affordable Housing sector. There will be the opportunity to network throughout the event.

Our panel speakers are:

• Freya Rideout, Planner at Barratt David Wilson Homes South Wales
• Liam Hopkins, Director at The Urbanists
• Louise Howells, Partner in the Real Estate Team of Blake Morgan LLP
• Rhian Lees, Senior Project Manager at Newydd Housing Association

Our panel will be discussing the constraints, challenges and opportunities facing the affordable housing sector in Wales and how, by working together, we are able to create sustainable communities, with the highest quality affordable homes in Wales.

2 course lunch details (choose at booking):

• Non vegetarian option: The ‘Classroom’ fresh battered fish & triple cooked chips, tartar sauce
• Vegetarian/ vegan option: Butternut squash Pithivier, autumn vegetables, sage oil
• Dessert: Dark Chocolate Ganache, praline, raspberry coulis
