Join us for a tour of Suffolk Lodge, a Grade II listed property where Forcia undertook the planning, design and development of a plot in Clapham to transform a dilapidated house plus the construction of two new mews houses.

On this visit (which will take about 90 minutes), Bernard Roccia, Board Director at Forcia, will guide us around the main house, and the mews houses.  He will outline the challenges Forcia faced in balancing modern and contemporary living standards with the preservation of the listed fabric.  To minimise waste and maximise efficiency the project was constructed as a single basement box of c.500m² serving all three properties

The design of the mews houses surpassed building regulation requirements by 35%.  The podium deck created included an intensive green roof with a depth of 1.2m so as well as improving energy efficiency it will support local biodiversity.

Please note that the property is now completed and dressed for sale so you will need to remove your shoes for tour.
