Netwalking – it’s good to “Walk & Talk”
With the days getting longer we’ll be having a final lunchtime Netwalk before the clocks change and we revert to an early morning slot. It is always important to get some fresh air and exercise and enjoy being away from your computer, so do join us and meet other members and non-members for this event which will go ahead come rain or shine!
We will meet at 12.55pm for a 1.00pm start at the north exit of Embankment underground (next to the flower stall). On this walk we’ll go through several parks and gardens and pass iconic sights including the House of Parliament and the London Eye, plus some statues of famous women. We will walk for about an hour, on both sides of the Thames, before ending at the Embankment Bistro Café for a well-earned hot or cold drink (included in the ticket price) and the chance to chat further to your fellow walkers.
The walk will have a maximum of 18 people with spaces allocated on a first come first served basis, so please book promptly to avoid disappointment.
Please note this is the same route as our November 2024 Netwalk.
Members and Non-members of all genders are welcome to attend.
The booking deadline for this event has now passed.
