An Evening with Geraldine Gallacher

Geraldine Gallacher is CEO of the Executive Coaching Consultancy, which she started in 1994, as one of the first executive coaching providers, and now has over 90 coaches internationally serving a wide range of industries, and an accredited Master Coach with the Association for Coaching. She is also co-chair of Inclusion and Belonging for the City Women’s Network and Author of Coaching Women – Changing the system not the person published by Open University Press.

Geraldine’s recently published book looks at what needs to happen to result in more women leaders. She’s no fan of “Fix the Woman” thinking and believes that women are not the problem but rather that it is essentially a systemic and cultural problem.

Join us at Firethorn Trust, London to hear more from Geraldine on this and how to frame the future leadership for a more inclusive and positive balance. 

There will be an opportunity for open discussion and questions from the audience and then a chance to network and reflect on the evening over drinks and nibbles afterwards.
