Throughout our working life, our professional development is reliant on a foundation of self-awareness. This means having an understanding of how our psychological preferences shape the way we think, feel, make decisions and interact with others.
In this interactive session, participants will explore self-perception and behaviour, through the lens of the four Insights colour energies. We will discover the qualities and value each colour brings, and what it means if one colour is over or under-used.
Through a mix of practical activities and personal reflection, we’ll connect these ideas to four different manifestations of leadership - Results, Visionary, Centred, and Relationship - helping each participant identify where they invest their energy and where they’d like to grow.
What You’ll Experience
Why It Matters
When each individual understands themselves and the effect they have on others, the ripple is felt across teams and organisations. Being self-aware as a team player and as a leader builds trust, enhances collaboration and drives performance, creating the conditions for people to thrive.
