Building Wellbeing at ‘The Nook’ with SAMH & SOBR
Hosted by Women in Property Northern Scotland
All profits generated from this event will be donated to SAMH to support its vital work improving mental health outcomes across Scotland.
Women in Property Aberdeen is delighted to invite professionals of all genders to join us for an exclusive visit to The Nook, SAMH's recently opened mental health and wellbeing hub in Aberdeen.
Located in Marischal Square, The Nook has been created as a welcoming, non-clinical space where people across the Northeast can access free mental health and wellbeing support without appointments, waiting lists or referrals. The hub offers a range of services including wellbeing activities, self-help support, therapeutic interventions and talking therapies, all designed to make mental health support more accessible to the local community.
This event provides a unique opportunity to tour the facility and learn more about the vision, collaboration and careful design thinking behind the project. Attendees will gain an insight into how the space was transformed into a warm and supportive environment, with interior design by renowned designer Anna Campbell-Jones.
